Chocolate Coconut Balls

In a food processor (or good blender) add:
1 cup coconut
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
1 tsp mixed spice

Blend until a fine crumb, and transfer into a bowl.
Add 1/2 date paste (blended dates and water) and mix.
Form balls with wet hands and roll into more coconut. Chill in fridge.

I usually add some unsweetened chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces for a perfect afternoon treat.
